Mobile, AL. – The MMI men's cross-country team travelled to Mobile, Alabama last Friday evening for the Azalea Showcase meet which was originally advertised as an 8k race. The course measured to be just 7k, but the Tigers used the evening for training and preparation for their last regular season meet, the Warhawk Invitational this Thursday, October 9, in Huntsville, Alabama. The women will take the course first with their 5k starting at 4:30 p.m. The men's 8k will follow at 5:00 p.m.

The ACCC/NJCAA Region 22 Championships, scheduled for Friday, October 24, will be held at John Hunt Park (Huntsville, AL) with the men's 8k race starting at 7:45 a.m. The women's 5k race follows at 8:45 a.m.
